Shipping Information:

We strive to provide same day shipping if your order is placed before 1:00PM EST M-F on all in stock items. Your item may ship via one of the following methods: USPS (United States Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS). If you have a preference on which shipping method you would like please let us know immediately after placing your order. If the address is a PO Box we will ship via USPS. 

Free Shipping / Regular Ground Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States. Please note that the transit times are calculated in business days meaning Monday through Friday. All free shipping orders are shipped by one of the following methods: FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, USPS First Class, or USPS First Class Parcel Post (anywhere from 3 to 7 business days).  Some items may not qualify for free shipping, if that is the case it will be displayed on the items page.  If your order contains an item that is eligible for free shipping, and one that is not you will be charged the appropriate shipping fees.  Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are also eligible for free shipping.

Priority Shipping:

We also offer Priority Shipping (2-5 business day delivery) as well.  Priority Shipping is offered at a flat rate of $7.95 per order. This may go out via USPS Priority, FedEx Express 3 Day, or UPS 3 Day. If your order is over $175, the option to select free upgraded priority shipping will appear automatically.

Signature Confirmation: We reserve the right to add signature confirmation to any shipment. Occasionally the post office will leave packages that do not fit into customers mail receptacles on a front door, or on a porch in front of the residence or place of business. The item is then marked as "Delivered" by the postal service. Upon request we can add signature confirmation to any order for free. Simply place your order and use the Contact Us link at the top of the page to send us a email with your order number and message requesting that signature confirmation be added to your order. Please note that in some cases we will automatically require a signature upon delivery (ex. when order is over a $350, when shipping to a business address, apartment address, or when the billing address does not match the shipping address). If you do not want us to add signature confirmation to your order please be sure to contact us prior to your purchase. Please note that if you elect not to have signature confirmation and the item is marked as "Delivered" by the post office, we cannot be help liable for any loss claims. In that case you would have to speak with your local post office.

International Orders: We allow international shipping on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to cancel any international order. Please note that international orders have a minimum $20 shipping fee for orders under 3 lbs. and do not qualify for free shipping. We cannot be held responsible for any cutsoms fees involved with international orders, nor can we provide accurate delivery estimates for international orders.

Order Notification & Tracking
When your order is shipped you will be notified via email.  In the email you will receive information on the carrier that your package is being delivered with and the tracking number.  Please note that it may take several business days before the tracking status is updated on the USPS website; in most cases the item is in transit, however the USPS tracking site is slow to update status.  On in stock items we strive to ship all orders the same day as long as the order is placed before 1:00PM EST.  If the order is placed after 1:00PM EST the order will be shipped the following business day.  However this is only an estimate - sometimes it may take longer for your item to be shipped.  We will try our best to notify you on the order status of your item.  You can always check your order status by logging in and clicking Order Status under the My Account Section.  Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays and weekends.

Loss Claims or Damaged Items:

We ship all items with delivery confirmation and a tracking number.  If your item did not arrive, or arrived damaged you may file a claim.  For items over $100, we require proof that the items arrived damaged by photographic evidence.  You may email us at sales (at sign) entirelyskin.com with your order number and a brief description of the situation.  You may also attach digital images to the email.  All loss or damage claims must be made within 3 days of delivery.  We cannot provide any compensation for any losses or damages 3 days after delivery under any circumstances.  If you did not receive your item, and the tracking number status shows the item was successfully delivered, a refund/credit will not be given.  In this circumstance you can file a claim with your local post office.  We do not insure any packages unless requested (which will be subject to an additional fee).
