SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
If you are dissatisfied with a product you have purchased on this site you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. 


NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED AFTER 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF DELIVERY DEPENDING ON WHICH BRAND YOU PURCHASE. OPENED/USED ITEMS MAY ONLY BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT FOR USE ON ANOTHER PURCHASE. BRAND NEW UNOPENED PRODUCTS MAY BE RETURNED FOR MONEY BACK TO YOUR ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN ITEMS.

Outline of our return policies:

- If an item is returnable, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item to us. No refunds or exchanges will be made after 30 days of purchase.

- Unopened products may be returned for an exchange or refund..

- All return shipping must be paid for by the customer. We highly suggest using a shipping method that is insured and that contains a tracking number.

- We do not refund our shipping costs.

- If the item has been opened or used you can exchange the item for a different one on the site (no refunds). You must also return at least 75% of the product to be eligible for a product exchange. A customer is allowed to return opened products a maximum of three times in a one year period.

- If we observe unusual return activity we reserve the right to not accept returns or exchanges at any time from that customer.

- Some items are not returnable. If this is the case it will be noted in the products description.

- All monetary refunds will be made to the credit card that was originally used to make the purchase if your return is eligible to receive a monetary refund.

- Any reward points earned for transaction will be deducted from your account if a monetary refund if given.

- You are allowed to perform an exchange one time per order. Once you have exchanged any item, the sale is considered final and no further returns/exchanges are possible.

- If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you will receive a full refund.

- In the case that the product arrived damaged to you, we will replace the product at no expense to you.  However you must notify us within three days of the date and time of delivery to be eligible. Please see the loss claims or damaged items section on the bottom of the shipping policies page.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN:
You can submit your return request by using the form on the contact us page.  Please be sure to include the following in your submission:


1. Your name as it appeared on the order

2. Your email address

3. Telephone number

4. Your order number (put this in the comments box)

5. Which product(s) you would like to return

6. A brief reason why you would like to return the product.

7. Date of purchase

Please be sure to fill out all of the information above, and ensure that it is accurate. If any information is incorrect this may delay the return process. Once you submit this form you should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours (may be longer outside of business hours/weekends). Once you receive an email response from us you may return the product. An address where to return the product will be included in the email.


Please be sure to ship the entire product with all of its inserts and packaging if any. Within 3 business days of receipt of your returned item, we will either issue a refund to the credit card you used to purchase the product, or we will email you with instructions on how to use your store credit.  If we find an exception to any of the guidelines on this page your refund/credit may be denied at our discretion.
