Directions To use for massage, pump a sparse amount into the palm of your hand and massage it into your body or scalp. To use as an aromatherapy bath, add 4 to 8 pumps of the oil to your bath. For a body treatment, mix one pump of the oil with your body cream, then apply it to your skin.
