| Directions | Apply a dime-sized amount of the Plumping Catalyst to your buttocks twice daily by vigorously massaging it into the skin until it is absorbed completely. Then apply a liberal amount of the Lifting and Firming Emulsion to the buttocks, again until completely absorbed. In addition to applying the creams, follow the instructions for the Specialized Lifting and Toning Program to achieve desired results. |
